Applying For Housing
How we let our homes
We provide affordable homes to rent, the majority of which are within the Wycombe District and Slough Borough council areas. We also have a small number of properties in the Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern and South Oxfordshire districts.
We let our empty homes in a fair and transparent way and work closely with our local authority partners to meet the housing need of local people. With the exception of our housing scheme in Stokenchurch, we do not hold our own waiting lists for properties and you cannot apply directly to us for housing. Most of our homes will be advertised via the relevant local Choice Based Lettings Scheme and let to people nominated by the local council.
Your first step is to register for housing with your local council. Here are some useful links:
Housing for Older People
We provide 34 homes at our scheme for older people at St Hugh’s Close, in Stokenchurch. We maintain a direct waiting list for this scheme and applicants are prioritised via a points scheme.

Existing Bucks Housing tenants
We try to balance the need of new applicants with those of our existing tenants. We will provide existing tenants who wish to move with advice about their options. Further information is available in the Moving On section
