Planned improvements include works such as installing new heating systems, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, door and window replacements and roofing works.
In 2019, we appointed Rand Associates to undertake a full Stock Condition Survey. The survey examined the condition of the main internal and external building components for the vast majority of our properties, including all communal areas and external spaces / boundaries.
We are currently reviewing the Planned Improvement programme due to the delays in delivering works caused by Covid-19. Properties with low energy efficiency remain a priority and we are using the Stock Condition Survey to actively work on a new programme for 2021-22.
