Planned improvements include works such as installing new heating systems, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, door and window replacements and roofing works.
In 2019, we appointed Rand Associates to undertake a full Stock Condition Survey. The survey examined the condition of the main internal and external building components for the vast majority of our properties, including all communal areas and external spaces / boundaries.
Our first priority is to deal with any catch up repairs and to investigate ways of improving those properties with lower energy efficiency ratings. We are currently using the survey findings to draw up the planned improvement programmes which will take effect from 2020/21 onwards. We will make the work programmes available on our website in due course.
