If you want to report a repair please ring 01494 480340 and ask for the Maintenance Department. Our telephones are manned between 8.30 am and 4.15 pm (3.45pm on Friday).
Outside office hours there is a procedure to be followed for emergencies. Please use your Emergency Repairs List and contact directly the appropriate contractor. If unsuccessful please ring the office number and follow the instructions given.
Genuine emergencies are:-
• serious flooding (where a bowl cannot be used for a drip);
• total electrical failure
• loss of drinking water
• property no longer secure and/or water tight
• there is a health and safety risk
If there is a gas leak please ring Transco immediately on 0800 111 999
Our staff are happy to help if there is a genuine emergency which cannot wait for the office to re-open.
