Ways to pay

We accept a wide range of payment methods in order to make paying your rent or service charges as convenient as possible. You can make payments in the following ways:

Direct Debit

Just complete our Direct Debit Form [pdf] 187KB and return it to our Finance department at Fairhive Homes Ltd, Fairfax House, 69 Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 2NJ.

We collect payments on either the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th or 25th of the month, whichever is more convenient for you. If the amount of rent or service charge you need to pay changes during the year, there is no need for you to do anything; the Direct Debit amount will be automatically adjusted.

Please make sure that you read and understand the Direct Debit Guarantee at the bottom of the form.

If you use screen reading software or similar assistive technology and would like to set up a Direct Debit, the Contact Centre will be able to help you. 

Standing order

If you prefer to pay by standing order, please download, print and complete our Standing order form [pdf] 517KB and take it to your bank or building society.Please do not send it to us.

Remember to quote your rent reference number where it asks for a Fairhive Payment Reference to ensure all payments are allocated to your account.

You can also set up a Standing Order using your own internet banking - just use the account details on the Standing Order Form, or contact us for the details if you use screen-reading software. 

Tenants using Direct Debit or Standing Order to pay rent for three months or more are automatically entered into our Switch & Stick scheme. Terms and conditions apply. 

Payment Line

Our newest way to pay is our Payment Line. It's available 24/7 and the full balance, part payment or a recurring payment can be made.

allpay cards

An allpay card gives you access to lots of convenient ways to pay. To get your card, order one from the Contact Centre or phone 01296 732600 and it will be sent out to your home.

Once you have received your card, you will be able to start paying your rent or service charges in the following ways:

  • Online on the allpay website,
  • By text
  • Over the phone using the 24/7 automated allpay customer care line  0330 041 6497
  • Download the allpay app and pay from your smart phone
  • In person at the Post Office by cash, debit card or cheque,
  • In person at any PayPoint by cash. Some PayPoint outlets accept card transactions - but with a charge. Fairhive Homes is not liable for any charges incurred.

 

Once you receive your allpay card, you will need to register it by visiting the allpay website before you can use it online.
